CONTEXT

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our client had a high priority need in the vaccine area of their biometrics department. They needed to set-up an experienced statistical programming team who can quickly deliver regulatory requests.

RESOLUTION

Our team of experienced programmers worked closely with our client’s team to overcome the challenges of tight timelines and ever-changing requirements. Our team quickly understood the challenges and proposed several solutions that would make the process more efficient while maintaining the highest quality. Our team created SAS macros to work efficiently as multiple studies were in the pipeline.

RESULT 

By working with our client’s team, our professionals were able to deliver all deliverables, including regulatory ad-hoc requests with the highest quality, on time. It helped our client to achieve their goal of moving further with regulatory agencies and timely regulatory submission.
