Dilip Patel is the founder and CEO of Rang Technologies, Inc. Dilip is responsible for company’s global operations, finance, accounts, legal and strategic initiatives. With his value-based leadership, entrepreneurial drive and innovative approach, Dilip has evolved the successful, profitable business to persistently meet changing market and customer demands with effective technology, learning and workforce solutions. Under his bold leadership, Rang Technologies has most recently been ranked as one of Inc. 5000's fastest growing companies for three consecutive years and one of NJ's fastest 50 growing companies for the recent year.
His strengths include developing company’s growth and productivity initiatives, forming new business and industrial partnerships, overseeing international affairs, enhancing company’s branding and functional support.
Dilip, in past, provided advanced analytics and data science consulting services to several companies including GSK, Genentech, J&J / Grünenthal, Forest Laboratories, Boehringer Ingelheim and Fenwal. Dilip is known as a thought leader who has ability to understand clients’ business and technology needs and advise cost-effective, reliable and scalable solutions.
Dilip holds Master of Statistics and Master of Science degrees, both from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
Dilip, an avid LSU Tigers fan, lives in Piscataway, NJ with his family.
Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer
Jigar Patel, the Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Rang Technologies, Inc., spearheads the company's overarching strategic vision, implementing innovative workforce solutions on a global scale and driving market share and revenue growth. His responsibilities encompass operational excellence, business development, and talent management. Jigar's significant contributions have been instrumental in propelling the company toward sustainable growth, capitalizing on robust client relationships while adhering to sound business principles. Jigar takes the lead in advancing process and system enhancements, a factor that has solidified the company's reputation as a premier partner to clients and a frontrunner in MSP programs.
As a certified MBE (Minority Business Enterprise), Jigar plays a pivotal role in championing the company's dedication to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Prior to his current role, Jigar functioned as a consultant in the domains of IT, Data Science, and Statistical Programming, offering his expertise to Fortune 1000 clients such as Merck, Allergan, and GlaxoSmithKline.
Jigar's academic credentials include a Master of Engineering degree earned at Stevens Institute of Technology in Hoboken, NJ and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from L.D. College of Engineering at Gujarat University, India.
Beyond his academic achievements, Jigar is an ardent sports enthusiast, actively participating in recreational Cricket and Volleyball while ardently supporting the New York Giants and the Yankees. He resides in South Brunswick, NJ, with his family.
Executive Vice President - Sales
Gary Sacks is the Executive Vice President of Rang Technologies, Inc. Gary is responsible for the company’s global sales, account management, and various delivery and operational functions. Gary has more than 25 years of experience in staffing and technology solutions industry-leading enterprise accounts’ sales and management strategies, recruitment, delivery, RPO services, MSP/VMS programs, and operations with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration. Working closely with the CEO and COO, Gary has helped lead Rang Technologies to double-digit growth year over year, along with many industry awards.
Gary is recognized for driving large-scale cultural change that builds organizational effectiveness and propels revenue growth. He is a strategic and entrepreneurial thinker with proven experience in setting clear vision, goals, and strategy to execute and deliver outstanding results. Gary’s focus is to build the Rang Technologies brand through a customer-centric model to ensure our programs exceed the client’s goals and objectives with not only superior talent but also best practice methodologies.
Gary, in the past, served in leadership roles as a Managing Director for several Northeast-based IT staffing companies and as a Regional VP for Robert Half Technology.
Gary holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida.
Gary is an avid New York sports fan, and he lives outside of Jacksonville, Florida, with his family.
Senior Vice President - Client Development
Rikesh Joshi is the Senior Vice President of Client Development, specializing in process engineering and client development. With over 20 years of experience, he has played a pivotal role in building and managing high-performing inside sales and development teams, engineering robust processes, and delivering milestone-based projects and solutions for multimillion-dollar clients. His expertise lies in driving performance through data-driven decision-making in highly competitive business environments.
His strengths include strategic and business acumen, people and talent management, and fostering an innovation-driven growth mindset. Rikesh has successfully led teams to optimize operational efficiencies, streamline sales processes, and develop sustainable business strategies that enhance client relationships and organizational success.
Throughout his career, Rikesh has demonstrated an ability to scope and implement scalable business solutions while ensuring alignment with market trends and evolving customer needs. Devvrat Patel is the Vice President, Recruitment at Rang Technologies, where he leads the company’s recruitment strategies, focusing on innovation and efficiency. He plays a key role in aligning talent acquisition with business goals and market trends, while building a strong culture and governance for long-term success.
With over 13 years of experience in recruitment, Devvrat has consistently exceeded performance expectations, growing from a Technical Recruiter to a leadership role. He has expertise in technical recruitment, talent strategy, process optimization, and team development. His leadership has helped build high-performing teams and streamline recruitment processes.
Devvrat’s key achievements include automating recruitment processes to improve efficiency, managing large-scale enterprise MSP/VMS programs, and strengthening employer branding. He has received multiple leadership and team awards throughout his career, including the Best Leadership Award and Best Team Award.
A strong believer in investing in people, Devvrat’s focus is on creating scalable and sustainable recruitment solutions. His approach to recruitment goes beyond filling positions, aiming to build ecosystems that drive business success. Devvrat holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application.

Associate Vice President - Analytics and Data Science
Kamlesh is the Associate Vice President (AVP) of Rang Technologies Inc.’s Advanced Analytics and Data Science division. He overlooks data analytics and data sciences operations, new business development, offers strategic and data-driven solutions to clients, presents the company at international data analytics platforms and conferences as a Data Analytics SME, and manages a global team. Due to his business acumen and technical domain expertise, Kamlesh has climbed successfully from data analyst to Associate Vice President (AVP) of the division.
Kamlesh has grown the data analytics division to various industries, including Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, BFSI, Retail, Media, and Technology. He leads a team of data analytics professionals with a proven record of providing robust end-to-end analytics solutions for various data-driven problems. Kamlesh continually contributes to the emerging technologies community by researching and presenting different data science-related topics at international conferences and platforms.
Kamlesh, in the past, was engaged in providing efficient and robust Data Analytics, Machine Learning, CDISC, Biostatistics, statistical analysis, and Data Management solutions and services to various clients like Bristol Myers Squibb (BMS), MedImmune, etc. He is an Advisory Board Member of Seton Hall University's (SHU) Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times Program.
Kamlesh holds a Master of Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University in NJ and a Master of Pharmacology and Toxicology from NIPER in India.

Director, Healthcare Staffing – MSP and Strategic Relationships
Nathan Curtess is the Director of Healthcare Talent Management - MSP and Strategic Relationships at Rang Healthcare Inc. In this role, he oversees the recruitment and placement of healthcare professionals across diverse specialties and settings. With over nine years in the healthcare talent and workforce industry, Nathan brings a deep understanding of market trends, challenges, and opportunities in this dynamic field. He is passionate about developing and executing data-driven recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals, candidate aspirations, and client needs. Leveraging his extensive experience, Nathan optimizes processes, enhances efficiency, and drives revenue growth. He also leads a high-performing team of recruitment managers and specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, diversity, and excellence.
His strengths include MSP/VMS Program Management, Supplier Relationship Management, Contingent Workforce Management, and Talent Management. Skilled in creating ad hoc reports, handling escalations, managing SLAs, and utilizing MSP/VMS technology, Nathan also brings expertise in talent acquisition strategy, account management, and business development.
Nathan is proficient in using a variety of tools and platforms, including CRM systems, ATS software, and the Microsoft Suite, to manage and monitor recruitment and delivery operations. He is committed to driving continuous improvement, building talent pipelines, and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
In previous roles, Nathan collaborated with major hospital systems such as New York Health and Hospitals, Mount Sinai, HCA Healthcare, Atrium Health, and PIH Health System to manage a $60+ million MSP program. He has led per diem, travel, and MSP/VMS operations that consistently met or exceeded organizational expectations.
Outside of work, Nathan is an avid golfer and enjoys exploring food and wine.
Strategic Consultant - MSP & Enterprise Accounts
Kristin McIsaac is the Strategic Consultant – MSP & Enterprise Accounts at Rang Technologies. Kristin oversees global account development and account management and drives delivery and operational functions with a focus on MSP and enterprise quality improvement. With over 25 years of experience, Kristin excels in managing programs, operations, vendors, and projects while fostering strong stakeholder relationships to deliver impactful results for Fortune 500 clients.
Her career includes leadership roles as Global Director of Operations, Program Manager, and Account Manager at Kelly OCG, where she earned the Kelly OCG President’s Club Award in 2023 and contributed to Cummins Global Supplier of the Year 2023 recognition. Kristin was also honored as one of the Top 500 Women of Work for 2024 for her dedication to elevating and supporting women in the workplace.
Kristin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University and a Master of Arts from San Jose State University.
