Many of Rang Technologies' clients ranging from Fortune 500 to Mid-level companies presented us opportunities to help recruit for their hard-to-fill positions in the data science and digital technologies. We first attempted to source candidates for these positions using commercially available job portals. Our team quickly came to conclusion that reactive approach won’t work for these technologies where the gap of increasing demand and the shortage of talent is big.
To bridge the gap, our team came up with the idea of creating online community where data science and digital technologies’ professionals would like to visit for their learning, networking, events, employer reviews, blogs or jobs and thereby create a sense and value of online community which we can leverage for the benefit of our clients.
As a result, we created www.datasciencegamp.com, and we ended up having 10,000+ professionals’ resumes in our database. This has helped us solve problems for finding right candidates for data science and digital technologies for many of our clients.
