Context:
The client is consolidating multiple legacy systems (SAS datasets, Oracle databases, and Excel trackers) into a centralized enterprise data warehouse (EDW) built on Hadoop/SQL. The goal is to streamline regulatory submissions, HEOR studies, and real-world evidence analyses.

Resolution:
Our programming team migrate all historical trial data into the EDW. Standardize coding systems (ICD, CPT, LOINC, NDC) and ensured data integrity and regulatory compliance (FDA/EMA). The team enabled downstream analytics (survival analysis, regression, payer/provider dashboards).

Result:
The outcome analysis shows harmonized patient-level datasets in EDW. They Standardized coding across trials. The QC reports showing 100% reconciliation of migrated records. Created dashboards for HEOR and regulatory teams.
