Our client, a Cloud Solution provider in Silicon Valley with 650+ employees believes in innovation as a feature of its cloud solutions. With the goal of improving efficiencies, robustness and the usability of its products every day, even the smallest of advancements should matter to every employee involved in the process. The management team approached us to utilize data visualization for managing employees.
RESOLUTION
Through deep analysis, our visualization gurus identified a visual solution to this management challenge. We helped create an enterprise wide visual project management system through popular visualization tools. This process allowed its employees to design their own dashboards and trackers which fit within the overall hierarchy of project modules.
RESULT
Our project dashboard system was able to align large teams by placing them on the same page while empowering its employees to self-manage in order to achieve the firm’s goals.
