CONTEXT 

Our client was exploring Real-World Data (RWD) for quite a long time and recently received requests to analyze genomic data alongside RWD. The data from vendors was scattered across various sources. Hence, the client needed to aggregate all genomic data without missing any details collected from the vendors. Clinical and genomic data from the patients were stored on different servers, which complicated the task.

RESOLUTION

Our team of RWD Analysts tackled the challenge by carefully studying the situation and overcoming traditional barriers to data flow. We devised innovative methods for creating intermediate datasets while preserving all information. Additionally, we utilized various tools tailored to accommodate the diverse formats and types of data.

RESULT

Our team successfully integrated genomic data alongside RWD. The client conducted validation checks at multiple levels to ensure data integrity, completeness, and coherence. The validation passed successfully and enabled new research in genomics.
