We have built a huge internal database of great candidates using our OWN technology specific job portals, and we can quickly sort them by skills, years of experience, industry, location, last activity date and beyond. If the matching candidates are not in our internal database, then we immediately put our top industry-specific and technology-specific recruiters to work to find you the best possible candidates using commercially available job portals and social media recruitment tools.
How will I know the candidates hired through Rang Technologies are going to be able to get the job done?
All our submittals go through a robust and rigorous pre-screening process. For technology positions, we even screen them for their technical skills against the requirements through our in-house tech screening experts. We’ll continue to work with candidates every step of the way. We have high standards; every submission you see will be the result of many hours of dedicated work. Plus, if you like a candidate but need the candidate to improve upon specific skills then we will help enroll the candidate in our training programs at no cost to you!

Yes! We have been regularly conducting our own training/retraining programs for next-generation technologies such as Analytics, Data Science, Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Salesforce, and AWS. We have also partnered with leading training providers for other technologies. We can help connect candidates and current resources with training materials.
How do I know I’m getting good resources for our projects?
Our audit team reviews and ensures that each of our placed candidate meets all compliance requirements and background checks.
